soundcheck : The Crystal Method - No Soul
Okay the day has started, and I have less than 24 hours to prepare for this interview.
I still find it strange how, of all the interviews I've had to sit for (successful or not), this is probably the only one that I've really prepared for.
I don't know what I'm going to wear though.
...but it's IN THE SHOES I swear.
So to narrow it down, it's either black leather court or hahaha fucking white canvas.
Anyway I've already gotten down to starting on the prep for the portfolio, so I'll probably take it easy for an hour before I head out to get my stuff.
Oh hey I just got The Crystal Method's discography. I've been putting nothing but TCM on for the last 1+ (?) days ? I've decided they're more of an easy listen as compared to The Prodigy or Daft Punk, though of course they all make for good listening.
I think though I like TCM for their darker beats and undertones, what sets them apart is probably... hmmm. style and less lyrical content ? So yeah I guess that's why I found them to be an easier listen. Less distraction while engaged in other activities, no ?
Oh and I really like this album's cover.
